Fuguiniao Co., Ltd. (“Fuguiniao” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a major, established manufacturer and seller of footwear and a well-known seller of business casual menswear in China. The company mainly focuses on the research & development, production and sales of men’s and women’s leather shoes, business casual menswear and leather accessories. The business scope covers brand operation, design research & development, procurement, production and sales. According to industry report, the Company was the third largest manufacturer of branded business casual footwear products and the sixth largest manufacturer of branded men’s and women’s footwear products in the PRC in terms of retail revenue for the year of 2012.

The Company primarily manufactures and sells our products under our well-known Fuguiniao brand, offering a diversified product portfolio. Fuguiniao brand was estabilished in 1991 before the Company began to produce men’s leather footwear in 1995 and expanded product line to include women’s footwear in 1997. From 1998 to 2012, the Company’s leather footwear products were named as the “China Leather Shoes King”, “China Well-known Trademark”, “The Most Competitive Brands”, and various recognitions and awards. Leveraging the strength and brand recognition, the Company broadened product portfolio to include a wide range of business casual menswear, such as suits, pants, jackets and shirts, which we began to sell in 2011 and leather accessory products, such as belts, bags, luggage and wallets sold under the Fuguiniao brand. Diversified product portfolio distinguishes the Company and helps position well in the PRC footwear and apparel markets.

More than 20 years’ experience in brand management contributes to the Company’s industry expertise. The Company successfully launched two additional brands, “AnyWalk” and “FGN” in 2010 and 2012, respectively. FGN branded products target consumers aged from 25 to 40 and offer middle-to-high end men’s and women’s leather shoes while our Anywalk branded products target fashionable population aged from 16 to 35 and offer men’s and women’s fashion casual shoes. Offering multiple brands of products helps us attract a wider range of customers and increase our market competitiveness.

The Company places great emphasis on offering comfortable and high quality footwear and menswear in a variety of styles, in line with the latest fashion trends and customers’ needs. For each of our brands, the Company has a separate research design and development team. The Company’s designers have won many national footwear-design awards including the first prize in the National Leather Footwear Design Grand Prix and the grand prize in the China Leather Design Grand Prix.

The Company’s sales and distribution network covers more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China. With greater demand for personalized products in the market and the development of e-commerce business in the PRC, the Company also currently sells a small proportion of products through large-scale institutional purchases and third-party online shopping platforms.
